***Yădakk and the Bermuda Gaamis*** It was a peaceful day when a group of Yadakk sailors were casually loading in the cargo into their ship. They were preparing for a journey to the overseas kingdom of Luxidoor to deliver goods. The Luxidoor have been a great trading partner of the Yadakk for many years, and so the sailors thought this would be a journey like any other. But little did they know that they would never set foot on land again. With the wind in their sails, they gazed at the sparkling blue ocean and enjoyed the warm breeze. The group of sailors were talking to each other until they saw a small island. They decided to stop by and explore the island a bit, and what they found instantly broke their carefree mood. Before there eyes stood the corpse of a Kickoo pirate, completely frozen and with a horrified expression on its face. Even though it was completely lifeless, it still stood on both feet due to the extreme low temperatures. The Yaddak merchants were quite disturbed but they figured it must've been a Polaris soldier that took care of a lowly pirate. They went back to their boat and continued their journey. A few hours later, the sun was starting to set and darkness filled the heavens. The Yadakk sailors had years of experience and knew what they were doing, so the arrival of the night did not worry them. However, a few sailors felt a growing sense of dread welling up due to the frozen corpse they found earlier. Nonetheless they continued their journey across the ocean. When the crew grew tired and went to sleep, one sailor stayed awake to keep sailing. He was very tired so he closed his eyes quite a few times, but after he opened his eyes, he saw something in the distance. He figured that the fatigue was getting to his head, so he thought nothing of it. But as he came closer, he saw that the figure in the distance had long icy antlers. To his horror, he realized what it was: A Gaami, an ancient ice deity of the Polaris tribe. He tried to wake up the crew but it was already too late; A bone chilling breeze entered the ship and the lone sailor was instantly frozen to the death. When the rest of the crew woke up, they saw the Gaami looming over them with hollow eyes. The icy horror attacked with a gust of brutally cold ice, and the sailors instantly died. Their ship remained in the middle of the ocean, a wintery testament of their untimely demise, and the crew was never heard from again.
