Around the end of the turn, the vengir people celebrate gornt perot, a Holiday where they do friendly visits to nearby tribes' festivities, especially bardur and polaris, whose territories offer a break to the heat of the wastelands, and also a opportunity to enjoy the snowy season. The friendly tribes usually welcome them very well: gifts of gold and jewelry, lots and lots of free food and some good swordsmanship practice. Its during this holiday that vengir children usually build the famous and traditional red snowman, using... raspberries! which gives a vivid and beautiful red tone to the snow.
