You can't really tell because Polytopians are made of simple geometry, but Aï-mo people are actually deemed less attractive than other tribes. Their researchers would soon realize that this is caused by how many times they ate the hot Pe Lo pepper, everytime they consume one, they would gasp for air constantly. They realize the correlation, the constant stretching of their jaws caused it to permanently be dislocated, they also realize that doing the opposite can dislocate their jaw to be more attractive. They would then go for weeks in complete silence and only eating fine porridges through straws, a small price to pay for true beauty. This process they call Aï-mew.
