Legends tell of a time when the Elyrions were chosen by the dragons, powerful beings of fire and magic, to be their custodians. To aid them in their quest, the Elyrions developed special headpieces imbued with the essence of the dragons.

Once worn, the headpieces allow the Elyrions the ability to perceive faint echoes and pulses of magic emanating from the ruins, which gets stronger the closer they get. This enables the Elyrion to navigate treacherous landscapes and find hidden paths leading to long-forgotten places and artifacts.
